In 2020, alongside his wife, Ariana Pareja, Leo co-founded the Pareja Family Foundation. The foundation awards scholarships to disadvantaged women and minorities, enabling them to attend a six-month tech boot camp. This initiative aims to help them enter the tech industry without college debt, potentially doubling or tripling their income.
