I called a full meeting with my team to discuss a topic that came up in an episode - I can’t recommend this enough!

My background is Change Management Consulting and Human Resources. I have been in and out of the corporate world as my career and life have evolved, and now that I am back in the world of Human Resources, the foHRsight podcast is giving me the perfect amount of relevant content to get me back up to date and ahead of current trends. I feel ready to engage with the world of work as it is today and as it will be, and this podcast is already giving me valuable and topical content to enable me to be effective in my work and I’m conversation! In listening to Naomi and Mark, I am engaged, I am stimulated, and I find myself smiling or even laughing, as they share information that makes me think, or makes me smile as I see my own habits or behaviours reflected back to me.
