This is your time to step into the life you’ve always dreamed of, to break free from what’s holding you back, and to reach for your something better. This season, we’re taking a deep dive into the heart of transformation with a powerful new framework: 25 Questions for 2025. Each episode, we’ll unpack one of these insightful questions—questions designed to challenge you, inspire you, and help you uncover the truths that will guide your journey forward. And here’s the best part: these aren’t just questions to listen to—they’re tools. Every session will be your opportunity to pause, reflect, and journal about how each question plays out in your life. We’re not just talking about transformation this year; we’re living it, one question, one step, and one breakthrough at a time. We are starting the season with a big question of, "Who do you wish to be at the end of 2025?". We are so used to doing that we forgot how to simply be. In this episode, I'll give you some insight, some guidance and a journal prompt so that you can reflect and process this information for yourself. When we embody who we are becoming, we connect the physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. We are not just thinking about we want to be, we are feeling it at every level of our being. We'll talk about the reasons friendships sometimes fade, how to reconnect with old friends, and the important role forgiveness and patience play in this process. Plus, I'll be sharing some personal stories, including a surprising reconnection with a high school friend. Of course we finish with a personal challenge in regard to making a reconnection.
