Each month I get together with leading financial commentator Pete Wargent, who brings decades of perspective to his views and we discuss the clues in the news as to what’s ahead, for our economy and property markets.

Today we discuss the outlook for inflation and interest rates and what this means for our housing markets, an update on what APRA had to say about when they plan to loosen their lending buffers, home loan approval figures which give us an indication of what’s ahead, what the plan to reduce international students to Australia could mean to our housing markets and the economy, and what’s really happening in the Melbourne property market.
