AJ Maestas explores the people behind the sports industry - many of them made history as sportswomen and men themselves. We hear their personal stories, but he also asks the deciders where baseball, football, even cricket, are heading, as young fans set the agenda for the future. Can the NFL do more about diversity and inclusion? Should baseball games be shorter? How do you work with the TV Networks and the E-Sports and gaming franchises? This podcast really is a weekly journey into the future of America’s pastimes
