Fascinating discussions

I’m not (yet) in the bike industry. But the discussions are almost always absolutely fascinating from a general business and culture perspective, as well as bikes & retail.

Solid ideas and examples from credible IBDs, not consultants with well intended and entertaining but almost never implemented best practices from “real” retail.
