National Citizens Inquiry

The National Citizen’s Inquiry (NCI) is a citizen-led and citizen-funded initiative that is completely independent from government. Starting in 2023, the NCI heard from Canadians and experts, and investigated governments’ COVID-19 policies in a fair and impartial manner. The NCI’s purpose is to listen, to learn, and to recommend. What went right? What went wrong? How can Canadians and our governments better react to national crises in the future in a manner that balances the interests of all members of our society?

    NCI Witness Testimony: Leah Cottam – Apr 26, 2023 – Red Deer, Alberta

    Ms. Cottam experienced significant health challenges after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, yet no medical practitioner has acknowledged that these could be due to adverse reactions to the vaccine. Describing some of her injuries Leah said, “my hands are so swollen I look like the Michelin Man. And I can’t put my shoes, my feet in, I can’t put my socks on.
