Does it really matter if there aren't any openly LGBT politicians in the Cabinet?

So, it’s been quite the week hasn’t it. I’m sure if a male presenter had said that about a female presenter, there’d be outrage, but hey ho. We’ve got a great show for you this week, talking about the reshuffle and whether or not it matters that there aren’t any openly LGBT ministers attending cabinet now.
