I love listening to Tamara! I found her on TikTok and decided to listen to her podcast; You will learn so much within those 10-15 minutes and it’ll change your mindset in a positive way. I’ve struggled with food and developed disordered eating, and listening to her has shifted that negative behavior towards food.

I’m so happy that Tamara has made a podcast. She’s super knowledgeable and genuinely loves what she does. Tamara shares so much information that most people wouldn’t know or most professionals won’t voluntarily share. She wants to see you succeed! Her passion for fitness and helping people is truly a gift.
