New Marbella Restaurants, Portugal and Dinner Parties

Marbella with Him & Her

After an unscheduled week off due to illness, Marbella with Him & Her is back and packed with lots of fun activities and adventures.

This week we start with a fabulous dinner party with friends Guy and Teresa in Benalmadena. It is a real buzz to get together with new friends and share so many stories!

The day after, we set off for a wedding (a hash wedding) in Quarteira on the Algarve in Portugal. It was an amazing day and night of fun, laughter and meeting new people. Sadly it was cut short due to PJ falling ill. We headed back early and were frustrated by WAZE and its directions!!!!

While PJ recovered, on Monday Hannah had rehearsals for a tribute play to June Rendle, who sadly passed away earlier this year and was a much loved member of ITS. Hannah also decided to try out an invitation for EMS training on Tuesday morning with her friend Amy.

We also chat about a couple of amazing interviews Hannah did for TRE during the week. One with Esther Adan who is deaf and doing lots for charity work for deaf children. The other was with Tarek, the father of Strictly contestant Tasha who is also deaf and was on Love Island. Tasha's dad lives in Coin on the Costa del Sol and they chatted about the bullying Tasha went through and how she is now an important voice for the deaf community.

We also managed to try the new Italian restaurant Babbu in San Pedro which is our most local restaurant, and was a great experience! (@babbutrattroria_es)

Finally we chat about the horrific situation in Valencia after the storms and how the amazing communities around the country have rallied to help
