Today's episode is a little more personal, we take a deep dive into finding the root of what is causing your unhappiness and preventing you from moving on and/or executing on things you really want to do. Whether it's starting a podcast, making music, creating art, writing, making a new video, starting a business or sharing a picture of yourself; a lot of it ultimately comes down to your MIND and people overvaluing what is "socially acceptable" and facing their traumas over what would actually make them happy. We go into detail about how this mindset is damaging and some of the things you can do to break out of that thinking pattern.
