This podcast has amazing advice and interviews for runners of all abilities. For those who race NYRR events, you get great previews and behind the scenes intel for all races.
Still pretty good.

I still enjoy listening to this, although I miss Meb. He was so relatable in a way that Becs just isn’t. But maybe she just needs time to warm up to her role.
New Inspired Review

I listened to the 8/1 and 7/25 episodes after recently discovering this podcast. Very inspirational stories on the 8/1 podcast that had me paying close attention. The $/25 episode resonated because I train and run alone. It was beneficial to hear and garner insights from another. I look forward to going back and playing more episodes. Thanks!
Every Episode Is An Inspiration

I had the privilege of running the TCS Marathon last year (2023) and every episode I listened to helped to motivate me as well as keep my training and goals in check. Listening to Logan’s story helped me to reset my own outlook for life in general. I have such profound respect for his perspective A true hero!
