Recovering from an injury, and this podcast has enriched my definition of wellness. It's also a great motivator and means of connecting with some of my favorite Nike athletes--many of whom I followed + respected before finding the gym.

This used to be my #1 favorite podcast to learn from the best experts and athletes out there, the new format and host is not the same.
What happened?

New host seems great but I prefer Ryan. I liked how the content was strictly focused on fitness. All this new stuff helps but I liked the old “format” of the show better. Sometimes I go back and listen to the old episodes😕
