When speaking about REAL topics you’d think it would be hard to find common ground because so many people are different but that is not the case. Every conversation, sentence, word - all of it was vital and spoke right to me. I didn’t realize I was even doing some of the things talked about and now that I know I can try and fix it to better my relationship!!!

I was that group project kid right there with you Mari!! Seriously though- I really focused on your question about where the need to control comes from. For me, I think it stems from anxiety. Coming to grips with my anxieties has helped me become more patient and compassionate with myself. Thank you for the relinquishing control topic. It is so relevant for me!
