I’m not an agent (I’m an investor) but I listen to this pod to give me new ideas and information. Today esp enjoyed the interview with Corby. Going to use that idea about asking potential clients out for lunch / coffee when I market to sellers.

This podcast provides numerous insights and perspectives of successful entrepreneurs which allows you to explore your own business and what you would like to incorporate into it. Shelby has done so well with providing guests with great success, and I cannot recommend this podcast enough for anyone in the real estate industry or thinking about pursuing a career path in real estate. It is a GAME CHANGER! Amazing job Shelby!

She was an ok guess. She didn't know what her average market was she said 350k in the beginning then 482k. I'm not here area and know the average price there.
