A World Opposed to the Kingdom of God
In a post-christian world, culture will reject anything that is associated with Christianity and embrace anything that is anti-christian. Postmodernism is a rejection of objective truth. We are seeing this today in secularism and the decolonization movement. In this episode, Brody sits down with Jon Rouleau to discuss secularism and how we should view these movements as believers.
These movements will lead to hopelessness. The world is working against the kingdom of Jesus. We were created to worship God. Let’s have confidence in the Lord and stand strong in our faith.

Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath
Our busy culture doesn’t prioritize rest. God rested from his work in Genesis 1, so what does that mean for us? In this episode, Brody walks through Scripture and shows how Jesus defined what a Sabbath day means and why he is the Lord of the Sabbath.
The Pharisees replaced the Sabbath law with their own man-made traditions, but Jesus gives us rest from the religious burden of legalism. The Sabbath is for you.
Let’s pause this week and rest in the Lord.

Trusting the Lord in Seasons of Waiting
What is the Lord teaching us in seasons of waiting? Scripture gives us plenty of godly examples of those who had to wait and trust in the Lord. In this episode, Brody walks through several examples and discusses how they can encourage us in our seasons of waiting.
While we wait for job promotions, marriage, pregnancy, etc., we can trust in the Lord to renew our strength. God is all-powerful and all-knowing. Let’s lean into him and wait confidently.
Brody also sits down with Katie Cousins as they catch up and discuss what the last year for her has looked like and what the next year may hold for her. Let’s pray for Katie as she discerns where the Lord wants her this spring.

The Weight of Sin
We can grow to be unaware of our sin and become comfortable with it. As believers, the righteousness of Jesus clothes us, making us holy and free from our sins. We must remind ourselves of Christ’s sacrifice when we dwell on the weight of our past sins.
In this episode, Brody speaks on the weight of Adam & Eve’s sin and the first sacrifice in Genesis 3. For us, there was one sacrifice for our sins, and we will never need another. Christ’s sacrifice on the cross was sufficient.
Believer, know the weight of your sin, the One who paid for it, and then walk in faithfulness and obedience to Jesus.

Customer Reviews
Thank you for being a part of my walk with Jesus
Snowbird has become something I look forward to. Be Strong, iron on iron, and the marriage conference are great. I have never heard anyone preach/teach there that I didn’t enjoy. I love the NSR, SWO ,and Red Oak podcast in between my visits. I know I am going to hear biblical based sermons and lessons when I am there and on the podcast. I love my home church and the people in it but Snowbird gives me that something extra I need. Anytime I am there is a charge in my walk with Christ whether I realize I need it or not. Thank you to Snowbird and all the people who make it what it is. God bless each of you.
SWO
I appreciate each podcast I am able to listen to, but I just want to say I am one of those people who love the redemption stories. Thanks for sharing, you bring glory to God by telling his work in your life!
Typical pro-life, homophobic dude parading around talking about Jesus
As if he has a novel or new approach to indoctrination of young people. Only stumbled upon this dude after learning about SWO from my daughter.
And why do Christian men like this love to talk about Freud and porn? Lol
