What do Kiss frontman Paul Stanley and mentalist Uri Geller have in common? They both wittingly or unwittingly recorded their own spoken word albums. What started out in the 1940s as simple performances of classics, like A Christmas Carol and Othello, later morphed into weirder and more wonderful LPs featuring the likes of Elvis Presley and David Lynch.
