I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple months and it’s like having real talk with a girlfriend on topics ranging from fitness to nutrition to parenting to self care and love. It’s a must listen for any moms out there. Kelly is related, knowledgeable, and really fun to listen to. Highly recommend!

I genuinely feel like I learned more about my recovery from listening to one episode of this podcast than almost any other resource! Kelly is incredible at breaking down information and really knows her stuff. (I began working out with her recently and I cannot recommend it enough.) What an incredible resource!
