Recently, or more like whenever this episode was recorded, the world of lower class and suburban America was set ablaze with different instances in the media reintroducing the age old question to the masses; how do you define masculinity? With traditional masculinity constantly finding itself being challenged and removed, and with brand new concepts of masculinity being scrutinized and unaccepted by older generations, the crew decided to dedicate an entire episode to understand masculinity through their eyes and experiences.
The goal of this episode isn't to convince you that we are the definitive answer of a social construct that changes every 10 years; in truth we are all aware that masculinity is a question and not an understanding, a label for identification rather than the ironclad truth. The goal of this episode is to have viewers ask themselves the same questions we asked whatever day we recorded this. We hope this incites conversations and provokes thoughts, be it rooted in values aged like fine wine or never ending curiosity born from youthful endeavor.
