Love this

LTT are extremely talented and entertaining folks which is why it pains me to write a 2 star review. Put simply, the show is bloated to a 2-3hr chore that leaves me scratching my head: what did I just listen to?? So much of the show is catch-up, upkeep, house-cleaning, etc., followed by responses to others in the tech arena - often without context for those who don’t keep up. Some tech news and a slow meandering slog to the end. There are so many deep cuts and callbacks ONLY for regular viewers that normies are left out. The show could use some serious moderation, which I thought was Dan’s job - bless him. Many really do not have the time to listen to 2-3hrs of this even passively. There hasn’t been one episode I have listened to in recent memory that didn’t seem like it could be significantly moderated down to 45min. max. Barrier to entry? Impossible. I find it difficult to recommend the show as incidental listeners will often catch me listening and it’s literally not possible for me to explain to them what you are talking about any given minute. I wish with all my heart LTT can manage to tame this show back into reasonable territory. As of now, I put it on to calm the dog down. -Marcell
