On this episode of Sooner State of Mind, stoke levels are rising! The dudes are padding up! Fall camp is in effect! This means football is back baby! With the first game just a few short weeks away, we're burning through some Olympic games to pass the time until August 30th. So until then, we'll let Brent Venables do the talking. He dropped some good stuff about the first week of practice. The preseason coaches poll came out this week. We'll talk a little bit about where the Sooners landed. There were a bunch of Sooners making some preseason watch lists for some major awards. We'll tell you the who and what. The Sooners did some work on the 2027 schedule and I finally got to play EA College Football 25. Of course, I dominated with the Sooners. I'll share my initial thoughts on the game.
