Olivia Perks on in-house lawyers as change leaders in organisations

Olivia Perks is General Counsel of the University of Sydney. Under her leadership, the University's Office of General Counsel (OGC) was named In-house Legal Team of the Year by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2024. While the team is making strides in technology enablement, legal design and contract automation, Olivia considers its primary differentiation to be its culture and human capability.
