Dr. Pastore is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, and holds an MS in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics, Nanomedicine and Clinical Informatics from Rutgers University. Dr. Pastore has spent over a decade practicing "applied biochemistry" as he treats some of the world’s greatest athletes from the NHL, MLB, NFL, Olympics and endurance sports, as well CEOs and top executives of Fortune 500 companies.
