On creating your own narrative

On this episode, I'm sharing how sometimes other people project their opinions, narratives, and stories on us. Maybe it's from a place of care. Maybe it's from a place of projection and insecurity. Regardless of which it is, I encourage you to know your own story enough that you can discern when feedback is for you or against you. And to know that you are the only author of your life. x
