On Texas Football

Gerry, Rod, Bobby, Blake, & CJ are such great guys to listen to & are supremely knowledgeable about football and Texas Football in general. I’m challenge to grow in my knowledge of recruiting & the game of football in general after listening to them speak. I also really appreciate how nuanced and honest they are about this team every year. I know that I can always count on them to give unbiased opinions and takes on my favorite team while also being generally optimistic. Really appreciate all you guys do for Longhorn Nation! HOOK EM!!!

If it wasn’t for rod Gerry & Shipley I would not listen to it. rod being a former Texas player & former nfl player helps a lot, Gerry being a recruiter analysis helps a lot & coach shipley being a former coach helps a lot. Bobby is a non factor he’s just there I don’t have too too much to say about CJ & also Blake Monroe is also a non factor he’s just likes baseball and never have an input in football talk. Fire Bobby oh wait he’s the creator of OTF

Content is stellar. Y’all have got to do something about the way ads are run—the breaks are way too long and frequent.

Rod’s great, and any show he’s on is worth listening to. But the overall product here is inferior to the alternatives like Longhorn Blitz or 3rd and Longhorn. The volume of ads and the unpredictable hard cuts are almost insulting, as well. They know we’ll keep coming back anyway, I guess?
