I learned of your podcast through Instagram. I have lived in northern Maine in the states for 21 years. My husband and I moved our family from NJ to Maine after we were a part of rescue/recovery efforts during 09/11/01.
I became a huge fan of Corie in December 2016 when I was helping with end of life care for my mother-in-law. The December before in 2015 I was in NJ helping my sister with end of life care for my own mom. It was a long and difficult year so when I started watching Corie it helped me feel somewhat normal again. I have been watching soaps for 40+ years in the states. I had become familiar with each of you from following your characters on Corie. When I saw a post on Instagram I immediately when to my podcast app and looked for Sofa Cinema Club.
I started listening from the very beginning because I wanted to learn everything about the podcast and what it is all about so I have been binge listening for several weeks now and I am up to the Shaun of the Dead episode.
I love that each of you bring your own flavor to each and every episode. I have been enjoying how the podcast has evolved with new segments. I have been telling everyone about the podcast. The banter is great between you and it shows how well you know each other and for how long. All of you get 5 stars for each and every episode. Once I am completely caught up to current episodes I hope I can be a part of the voting on what to watch. Maybe I can even suggest something that might become an episode. Keep up the great job gentlemen. 😊❤️
