    Meditation #133

In this meditation we’ll bring some gentle awareness to the simple and physical fact that we’re sitting here, quietly meditating. Noticing how it feels, both in the body and the mind, to sit quietly, we can begin to simply observe what arises, holding everything that comes and everything that goes within this broad, open, and silent space of sitting. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. But if you benefit from them and wish to support these offerings, you can visit my Buy Me A Coffee page at www.buymeacoffee.com/onebowlmindfulness Thank you so much for sitting and practicing with me. In this meditation we’ll simply allow our attention to come to rest on the breath, wherever we can feel it most noticeably in the body. Then we’ll just sit, watching the breath without any sense of expectation or striving — simply watching the breath as it moves in the body. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. Meditation #130

In this meditation we’ll start with a short body scan, just to settle our awareness in the body and become aware of our physical experience. Then we’ll allow our attention to come to rest on the belly and simply sit in restful silence. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. Meditation #129

In this meditation we’ll become aware of the rhythm of the breath, noticing the natural and subtle flow of the breath as it moves through our body. Then we’ll simply sit in this awareness, inviting our attention to rest on the sensations of breathing — watching, noticing, and following the rhythm and flow of the breath without any goal or agenda. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. Meditation #128

In this meditation we’ll notice how, when we simply sit in stillness, our body naturally comes to rest — unmoving and quiet. Noticing this natural quality of rest we’ll simply allow it to unfold, inviting the mind to come to rest as well as we sit in stillness and quietness, opening ourselves up to a more restful experience. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. Meditation #127

In this meditation we’ll simply listen to the sounds arising all around us, allowing what comes to come and allowing what goes to go. We’ll also invite a sense of openness into the experience — hearing the sounds without judgement or commentary, just letting them be as they are. By doing this we can begin to relax into our direct experience, sensing our surroundings with a beginner’s mind. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing. Meditation #126

In this meditation we’ll begin by simply noticing the breath, and from there we’ll allow ourselves to recognise the ever-present nature of the breath — acknowledging its constant functioning, both within and without our conscious awareness. From this place of recognition we can simply place our trust in the process of breathing, knowing that it’s enough just to notice and pay attention to the breath without trying to do anything to it. The breath is as it is, and by simply allowing it and observing its movements we can begin to cultivate an experience of deeper presence, stillness, and acceptance. I really hope that these recordings can be of benefit to you — bringing a little bit of ease, calm, and gentleness to your day. They are offered completely freely, with the sole intention of supporting your personal wellbeing.
