This is our introductory episode, introducing your hosts, Dr. Tara Egan and Anna, her teenage daughter. Tara is a child & adolescent therapist, a parent coach, the author of two parenting books, and a public speaker. She has a private practice in Charlotte, NC. Anna is a high school student, a volleyball player, and Tara's daughter. Our audience can look forward to weekly episodes that tackle a myriad of parenting issues.
