One Part makes you feel like you've just had a smoothie for your spirit 🥤
It’s obvious that Jessica puts extraordinary effort in finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world - the insights that they bring to bear on the problems we’re facing is still mind-blowing Every. Single. Time.
No matter the topic, you’re guaranteed to gain something from every episode - can’t recommend One Part enough 🙌
My favorite REAL wellness podcast
I usually stay away from everything wellness because it has become a world of influencers that are fueled by sponsorships, non-factual info and one size fits all diets. Many wellness influencers and orgs promote shame. I love Jessica and her podcast because of the way that she shows vulnerability and doesn’t try to be something or someone else, and her guests are the same. Its like listening to friends who are super cool and also so happen be super intelligent and informative!! I also love the variety of topics she whether it’s food, mental health, diversity, women’s health, etc. I learn so much every time I listen. I can’t give this podcast enough praise!!!
The OG of Wellness Podcasts
Jessica is the best and down to earth interviewers. Jessica and One Part Plant has helped me turn to a plant based lifestyle with easy and excitement. Love love every episode.
