EP73 - Ellie Skoog | FIND your UNIQUENESS

Ellie Skoog is one of the biggest golf content creators out there at the moment, but she hasn’t always just been a social media influencer. She first picked up a golf club back in 1998 due to the fact that both her parents were in the golf industry. Living in Sweden with very limited opportunities to play due to the weather, Ellie first fell in love with dance but later transitioned to golf and then left for the United States to attend Limestone University in South Carolina for 4 years. That’s where she meet her boyfriend Coco and after leaving Uni, their content creation days began. Now having signed with TaylorMade and Adidas, they are going from strength to strength. In this episode Ellie tells her story and shares some secrets of the trade to help you enhance your content. He started his career back in 2009 after an amateur career playing for England and GB&I, whilst also winning the U14 and U18 Surrey Championships. After reaching the top of the tree and playing on the DP World Tour, Gary now uses his experience not just for his game but also acting as a mentor for Marco Penge. Marco Penge has rising to the top of the European golf pyramid by winning the Challenge Tour season-long OOM, but it hasn’t been easy. After finding success in his early years, Marco almost made the Walker Cup team but with some poor results he started to suffer on and off the course. Marco opens up about the struggles with his mental health and the actions he took to become a DP World Tour player.
