    Jake’s business is generating passive income, primarily through organic website traffic (SEO). The passive income funnel Jake has created converts website traffic into email leads, and email leads into buying customers.

    The top of the funnel is website traffic, and that’s what Jake covers in today’s episode, including:

    SEO (search engine optimization) and how Jake has designed a website to target “easy to rank” keywords. He is ranking #1 for a number of various keywords, bringing in 5,000+ unique website visitors from search platforms such as Google, each month. Jake will talk through this process and give some insight into how he is ranking his website content to drive traffic through SEO.

    Social media, and how Jake leveraged platforms such as YouTube, Slideshare, Facebook, Twitter, and podcasting to drive additional website traffic.
