I had my first OWS in at least 10 years today, and it was a bit of a debacle! Thanks for sharing this reminder that mistakes are a necessary part of learning, and that things will get better if we dust ourselves off, have a laugh and keep moving forward. I admire your authenticity, your grit, your courage and your generosity in sharing these stories!! Lots of wry smiles and self-compassion as I saw myself amidst the foibles!
