Organize Your Butterflies
Welcome to Organize Your Butterflies, an original podcast of YWCA, one of the largest and oldest women’s organizations in the country, whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. Each episode, we discuss the many different ways women—including some of the amazing leaders at YWCA—are working to help women, girls and families. Topics include organizing, strategizing, and mobilizing around issues like equal pay, domestic violence, women’s entrepreneurship, and so much more, and how YOU can get involved. We organize our butterflies to create change and build a better future for women, families, and our communities.

I love this podcast and it truly comes at a time in my life when I need it! It defenitially helps me "Organize My Butterflies"! Ms. Alejandra Y. Castillo's thoughtful interview questions, the guests she interviews and their thoughful transparent conversation inform my work and let me know there are others out there with like minds. I feel less alone in my quest to eliminate racism and less alone as a woman out there making a way. Also Ms. Alejandra's calming voice offer and responses offer me some calm which also helps to organize my butterflies! Thanks! I am excited for the work at the YWCA and it's refocussing on Eliminating Racism!
