Episode 78: The Chicken Whackers Pt. 1
A man named Luke originally reached out to the show on behalf of his younger brother. His brother Keegan left home to hitchhike and travel the country, which eventually turned into living on the street for years. When the family finally got Keegan off the street, he had many stories, but there was one in particular that he was nervous and afraid to discuss, involving a mysterious group called "The Chicken Whackers".
This story was very different from our normal submissions, which is why we liked it. This first part is mostly Keegan's backstory, what it's like living on the street, and how dangerous it can be.
Part 2 will be out in just a few days.

otherworld forever!!’
2nd favorite podcast ever
One of the very best out there
Genuinely love this podcast; it’s in my top 3. Found it thru Reddit when looking for similar podcasts to RR, as I truly enjoy the first hand story telling. I also like that most of the stories aren’t too scary so I don’t have to sleep with the lights on - bc there’s def podcasts that will go there. I’m a fan of this whole genre and probably dating myself when I say that I grew up listening to Coast to Coast AM - where ppl would call in to the radio show and tell their spooky stories. Jack is a great host, and doesn’t interject his opinions. This is the only podcast that I subscribe to the Patreon also. The extra content is well worth it. I have had odd things I can’t explain happen to me throughout my life and it feels like a community of like-minded people. We’re rational thinkers, but also, “want to believe.” Thank you, Jack.
Host needs more practice and research
Really enjoy the content of the podcast but Jack Wagner needs to figure out what he wants from being the host of this show. His tone comes off like a disaffected frat guy trying to prove to you that ghosts are “like, so totally real bro.” Wish the host had more tact and grace with these incredible stories.
