    Menstruation Part II - Tuning into The Seasons of Inner Summer & Inner Autumn

    INTRO These two seasons have been a real eye opener for me.  The Inner Summer/Ovulation Phase is my comfy zone.  I LOVE being out there, declaring myself, making things happen.  Whilst my Inner Autumn/Luteal Phase opened up my self sabotaging and alcoholic habits. BOOK RECOMMENDATION If you are looking for something a little different, I would love to recommend Wild Power from the Red School, by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer .  A beautiful guide to self awarenessand understanding of your menstrual cycle.  Many women see this part of our fundamental system to be a pain (literally creating this space once a month) and an inconvenience, when in fact, it’s a gift of self awareness, strength and growth.  A very beautiful read.
