Welcome to a new mental health and eating disorder podcast by Dr. Marianne Miller (me!), an eating disorder therapist and binge eating coach. In this podcast that comes out 2x/week, my guests and I explore the ins and outs of eating disorder recovery. It’s a podcast for people struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), and any sort of distressed eating and body image issues.
