It’s great to hear business leaders journeys on accepting their true self. Everyone’s journey is unique with different obstacles to overcome. I can relate on how I felt society has changed night and day with acceptance to the LGBTQ+ community. Looking forward to hearing more unique stories! This podcast will continue to help and reach out to folks who have not accepted their true authentic self.

The Out and Proud podcast provides a platform for the LGBT community to have an uninterrupted voice to tell their story. This provides an opportunity for others to hear a perspective one might not consider and adjust behavior one might not realize is harmful in some capacity. These stories help further humanize people that have had their experiences and journeys politicized. If more people and corporations took the step to offer a platform like this, we all might be a little more accepting and empathetic to people who need governmental actions to experience the rights and freedoms so many of us take for granted and are born into.
