Mindful Parenting: Raising Kind, Confident Kids Without Losing Your Cool | Parenting Strategies For Big Emotions & More
How do you raise kind, confident kids without losing your cool? How do you manage kids’ behavior, help them regulate their big emotions, AND stay grounded? Mindful Parenting is here to help. I’m Hunter Clarke-Fields, former yelling, frustrated mom. Dealing with my anger drove me to find practical, compassionate parenting strategies to regulate emotions as well as mindfulness to bring peace to the chaos at home. In each refreshingly honest episode you’ll come away knowing that you have permission to be human, you're not alone, and it won't always be this hard. If you've looking for conscious, positive parenting strategies and expert advice on issues like tech/screen time, ADHD, tantrums, teens, toddlers, and more, you’re in the right place. A Must for Parents

The sooner you listen to this for your kids the better
Promoting transphobia - can no longer recommend.

This used to be a favorite podcast of mine. Recently Hunter hosted a guest who shared a lot of misinformation about trans healthcare. I found the episode initially thought-provoking which led me to do research on the topic. I discovered the guest she hosted, Sasha Ayad, is connected to many anti-trans organizations while falsely presenting herself as a measured, evidence-based provider. It’s extremely misleading and makes me question and distrust the other guests and information Hunter chooses to share on her podcast. I want to be a parent who believes and supports my child, full stop. I no longer believe Hunter and the mindful mama podcast help me do this. If you are a progressive parent who believes and loves trans kids, you should steer clear.
Grateful

I am so grateful to have found this podcast focused on lifelong changes, healing intergenerational trauma, and daily mindfulness. I’ve listened to four episodes and have 400+ to go 😆. Thank you.
FANTASTIC!

This podcast is fantastic! I am so happy I found it. Society is in a “gentle parenting” era. Most of the time I just feel guilty and like a less then stellar parent after reading or listening to what I’m doing wrong with no advice on how to fix things. Hunter offers up great advice, steps to handling the situation, and ways to focus on internal reflection before addressing external situations.
