OVC Preview: Transfer Portal ravages men's side, Southern Indiana women look to reign supreme again

The Ohio Valley Conference featured a lot of parity in men's hoops last season, and then the Transfer Portal hit the league hard. Now, it's hard to parse through all the changes to determine who is the favorite. On the women's side Southern Indiana won the league by six games last year and returns its top five scorers.
