T2D & CKD: Putting evidence into practice
In our first episode, Tina Vilsbøll provides an overview of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) and the diabetes-cardio-kidney spectrum, as she discusses the importance of proactive identification and management.
This episode is part of the Independent Medical Education program entitled, 'T2D & CKD: Putting evidence into practice'. This independent medical educational program will support the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to proactively identify and manage patients with CKD and T2D whilst incorporating the latest clinical guidelines. In a series of vodcasts, our expert faculty will explain best practices for the identification, classification and management of CKD in T2D, drawing on recent advances in therapies and insights from a patient with these comorbidities.
