I live in Lima Peru and my wife and I are so blessed with pastor Dave’s teaching as the word speaks to us and makes it applicable to our lives every week! The main compelling factor that leads me to Calvary ChapelPacific Hill’s online service each Sunday morning ( I live in NC) is I can reliably access a Biblical message where I never get the feeling that I am being preached “at”, but rather one by which I can understand and personally relate to the content of the subject Bible passages. Pastor Dave is an incredibly gifted teacher with Pastor Justin not far behind.

I have been to CCPC only a few times while visiting family, but I listen to the podcast every week as an extra message. Pastor Dave is such a blessing to my walk.

Getting my Starbucks at 1:00pm 7 years ago I heard Pastor Dave on the radio. From that day on I planned my break at 1pm. When my twin brother died 2 years ago, I’d have to listen to podcasts 24 hours a day. I listen daily. Plus, I’m pretty sure Pastor Dave is the smartest pastor ever.

Dave is a down to earth pastor who uses Gods given wisdom to teach his word from his heart. His desire is for people to grow in faith and knowledge of Jesus and experience Christianity in a way that God intended for every believer. If you want to listen to a Pastor teacher who truly has a Shepard’s heart (loving)than you’ve come to the right place. I live in a different state so I obviously can’t attend his church but I try to listen to his messages on a daily basis. God has anointed this man so if you want to grow in faith and knowledge of our lord and savior than tune in to Dave’s teachings. This guy is for real.

May the Lord continue to bless your ministry, Pastor Dave. Your style, in teaching and sharing THE WORD, truly inspires me. I listen to you often and use my computer timer to listen before I fall asleep. The computer turns itself off, and by then, I am peacefully asleep - PRAISE THE LORD.

Calvary Chapel's teach the Bible from cover to cover which gives a very complete understanding rather than topical studies (just my opinion). David does a great job making each chapter clear. I especially like the more in depth studies he provides while keeping it easy for the less studied at the same time.
