Our panel of enhanced care team (ECTs) clinicians discuss how they go into pre-hospital critical care, career pathways, along with some of the challenges, coping mechanisms, tricks and tips. We've tried to bring together a panel of CARE Team volunteers who are at different stages of their pre-hospital career working with one of the various Enhanced Care Team's within the West Midlands region.
