Pardon Me – Another Damn Impeachment Show
Does the Trump impeachment drama feel like drinking from a fire hose? If so, join host Colin McEnroe, public radio personality and columnist, for an energetic weekly round-up that brings you the latest developments and perspectives from guests like Dave Eggers, Adam Gopnik, Emily Bazelon and Dahlia Lithwick among other journalists, novelists, ethicists, essayists and podiatrists.* "Pardon Me" also airs on Connecticut Public Radio Saturdays at noon. Not to be confused with a podcast of a similar name, Colin may do occasional kettlebell workouts, but they won’t be a big part of the show. And make sure you are not actually drinking from a fire hose, because that’s very dangerous. *Only if Gordon Sondland develops specific foot ailments.
Just the facts, ma’am

As an avid fan of Colin, I was not going to miss his podcast about the Impeachment. But this is more than just his usual clever, informative and funny take on current events. These are conversations bringing context, history and light to all the noise coming from the internet. The plain talk about what the laws are, the precedent from our own country’s history and the experts who explain these complicated issues in a very easy to understand without dumbing it down way, makes this podcast my go to. And it’s still fun to listen to! Thank you Colin and all the crew for providing this very valuable sanity check tool when we need it the most.
Not as much redundant information

This impeachment podcast is really working for me! The subject is being approached at a bit of an oblique angle, covering different related topics that we aren’t hearing in the daily updates. Actually, I didn’t discover it until January, and I was surprised at how clarifying it was to binge back from the beginning episodes. I’m loving it!
