Parenting Through Big Changes and Big Feelings (with Eli Harwood)

Big changes mean big feelings, and as my youngest heads off to college, I’ve been deep in them.

I’m so glad I got to talk to psychologist and attachment expert Eli Harwood about this. Eli literally calls herself The Attachment Nerd, and she totally gets it.
