I have been listening to your podcast for the past 4 months and have lost 25 pounds so far. I just finished episode 57 and felt compelled to tell you thank you for being such an amazing help and inspiration! Reflecting on the natural pleasures of being a doctor brought me to tears...thanks for speaking my mind so plainly in your podcasts and helping me understand my own thinking. ….I went to write a review after listening to your last episode. It turns out I had already started the above review and never hit send. I continued to listen and am grateful for your contribution to the world and my life. Best of luck with your French class and finding more joy!
Why did I wait so long?!

Hi Katrina, I am embarrassed to say that I have been subscribed to your podcast for years, but never started listening until a few months ago. I think I initially heard about it in a social media group where you had rave reviews. However, it was not until the beginning of this year that I decided to start eating healthier through a program at my work and began listening to your podcast as a supplement. I started at episode one and I have now made it through the first 44 episodes. It has been so revolutionary to not only support my new lifestyle of healthier eating but has been so helpful in many other aspects of my life as well. I find myself talking to my husband about topics that you’ve discussed and have been recommending that he listen too, although he hasn’t started yet. Thank you so much for this life-changing information! I can’t believe I waited so long to listen to make these changes!
5 stars for early podcasts, but losing steam

This podcast started out really great. I was a listener from the very beginning, and it helped me so much. Over the years the whole life coaching industry has become very toxic and her relationship with Brooke Castillo turned me off. It’s interesting that Katrina is retiring from life coaching. maybe the demand isn’t there anymore or regulations are starting to come down on this sneaky industry.
Toxic and abusive workplace environment

I have worked for her, and the experience has been traumatic. I had no idea someone could be so abusive and horrible. She seems so lovely on the podcast, but it's an absolute nightmare inside her company. Her little co-star, the COO, is even more abusive; they thrive on seeing the coaches afraid and squirmy. They fired all the coaches, brought in a whole new group, and constantly threatened to let them go until 5-6 were fired out of nowhere! The marketing team was also continually afraid of losing their jobs, and a sense of superiority came through in every team meeting. Once, a coach asked for feedback on what the coaches were doing right, and the answer was: “Positive feedback has only one purpose, and that is to feed your ego. I’m not interested in feeding your ego; I want to ensure we have better coaches!” This is f-ed up! I’m still going through therapy to clean up this mess from working for this monster!
