    Doing Yoga & Creating a Mindfulness/Meditation Practice With ADHD

    Mindfulness and meditation are huge pieces of the Yoga practice.   Infact, Yoga is not just an exercise class but essentially is a mindfulness practice.  If you've ever been in an ADHD circle when the word meditation or mindfulness comes up you almost always hear, "I could never sit still for that long!". Today in my conversation with Taucha Post, certified Yoga Instructor and owner of ADHD Yoga, we talk about how and why it is in fact possible for someone with ADHD to create a mindfulness and or a meditation practice.  You'll find out how it benefits your ADHD brain, can increase focus, and improve your self talk and emotional well being.
