Goaltending was again the primary reason, with Cam Talbot making 38 saves on 41 shots and allowing 5 goals at 5v5. On the offense, Patrick Kane came alive on two late powerplays, feeding Larkin with a great pass before scoring one of his own, propelling Detroit to the win.
