She discusses early work in DC in the cardiac arrest prevention bundle initially designed as a post cardiopulmonary bypass bundle and how sustainable success only came when the entire team was engaged in the process, particularly the crucial role of the bedside nurse. She also discusses her PhD work on overwhelming stress states and their role in cardiac arrest.
