I really loved listening to the most recent episode with Amel. I really appreciated her connection to movement tied into her spirituality. When she talked about wanting to be able to move her body for prayer, to hug her family, for bigger reasons than to just be “healthy” — that really touched me and made me think of my relationship with my body and movement in a different way.

The most recent episode with Kristy Johnson is a great listen. I’ve worked with Kristy personally and can attest to everything she says in this episode. She does a great job of making you think about things other than how you look. I’m a large person and have struggled my entire life with having my picture taken, and still do to an extent. I always look back on the pictures that Kristy took of me and my wife and can’t help but smile. She’s a wonderful person and this was a great episode of the podcast

I never miss an episode. The host is genuine and funny and so insightful! It’s such a gift to feel like you’re in the room with her and the diverse group of guests she interviews, speaking truth to experiences that mirror my own! Five stars!
