Exactly what I was looking for

More than work is exactly what I needed in this crazy world, helped me get my teams back on track! Thanks!

Lost me right at the gate

Looking for insight to help me out of this feeling of languishing so I find this episode just to hear “just get up and do something” And couldn’t make it through the episode. Worse than telling a depressed person “just be happy”. I don’t think you should be speaking in anything even adjacent to mental health issues with such glib comedic toxic banter.
